Evolve Therapy and Sports Performance has agreed to complete all of our sports physicals rising 7th and rising 8th graders. We have set this date for FRIDAY, APRIL 22ND. All athletes will be bused to the doctor’s office located on 1926 McConnell Springs Road in Anderson.

We will be leaving the school by 3:00pm to arrive for our scheduled start time of 3:30pm. Students may ride the bus back to the school for parents to pick them up or parents may pick up their athlete at the doctor’s office (please make a coach aware if you are doing this).

We have a special pricing on our physicals of $20 for this day only. All athletes will need to bring $20 cash with them to be collected by the coaching staff as they get on the bus. They will also need to have all paperwork filled out before we leave on Friday.
